Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the London 2024 Ontario Summer Games presented by London Hydro. Volunteers are essential to making this event a success and we appreciate your willingness to get involved. Before we begin, we’d like to remind you of the following:
- The date of the games is Thursday, August 1 – Sunday, August 4. Please note, this is the Civic Holiday weekend.
- Most roles will require shifts between these dates. Other areas such as logistics, may involve shifts before or after this Games as part of set up and tear down.
- Minimum volunteer age is 14. Any volunteers under the age of 18 will require parental consent.
- All volunteers, unless you are a physician, police officer, or teacher, will be required to submit a successful Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) from at least August 1, 2023. There is a cost of $15 to obtain a PVSC. Once your volunteer applications has been submitted, you will receive an email with more information.
- French translation of the Volunteer application available upon request.
